Ellen Bruno is an experienced executive and strategic advisor with a strong track record of providing operational, fiscal, and management leadership in dynamic and often challenging environments. Known for her hands-on, solution-oriented approach, Ellen brings clarity and momentum to complex projects and business initiatives.
Since joining The Fahey Group in 2018 as Vice President of Client Experience and Project Management, Ellen has played a key role in transforming the organization’s client delivery framework and internal project execution. She led cross-functional teams through high-impact initiatives, implemented scalable systems, and fostered a culture of accountability and customer-first thinking.
Today, Ellen focuses her time on advising clients across industries on strategic management, operational efficiencies, and sustainable product growth. Her work includes helping early-stage and growth-stage companies align operations with business goals, optimize team performance, and prepare for key moments such as capital raises, market expansion, and product launches.
With a background that blends strategic insight and operational rigor, Ellen is especially effective in fast-paced, high-growth settings. She is passionate about building processes that not only work—but scale—and helping leadership teams make smarter, faster decisions.

With a career spanning private equity, homeservices, and disruptive technology ventures, Logan has built a reputation as a strategic operatorand visionary entrepreneur. His expertise lies inbuilding high-performing teams, executing growthstrategies, and creating value through innovation.
Logan began his career in 2012 managing thefamily office for PartsSource, the world’s largestmedical parts provider. During this time, he led thePartsSource Foundation and managed its venturecapital program, New Vista Ventures.
In 2016, Logan founded the company now knownas L2 Companies (formerly Fahey Group). One ofits key turnarounds was Landmark Lawn andGarden Supply, which was transformed throughstrategic consolidation, cost reductions, and aninnovative e-commerce platform, generatingmillions in new revenue and SGA improvements.
In 2019, Logan led the acquisition of RobinAutopilot, a robotic lawn care company. Under hisleadership, the company transitioned into aRobotics-as-a-Service (RaaS) and Software-as-a-Service (SaaS) model, attracting strategicpartnerships, including with Husqvarna Group.
Today, Logan drives innovation and sustainablegrowth as a leader in private equity and robotics.
